Ishrat case moved to SC-appointed SIT says HC

 The Gujarat High Court has rejected Ishrat's mother Shamima Kausar's plea to transfer the case to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).

The High Court has ordered transfer of Ishrat Jahan encounter case probe to Supreme Court-appointed Special Investigation Team (SIT) headed by former CBI director R K Raghavan.
